According to the end credits, this direct-to-video lost world flick from low-budget auteur Fred Olen Ray was “filmed on location at the center of the earth.” That’s a pretty good example of this movie’s tongue-in-cheek tone. Apparently the filmmakers employed Robby the Robot from Forbidden Planet and dinosaur footage from Planet of Dinosarus (1977). And we’re pretty sure we saw the hovercraft from the Logan’s Run TV show in there at one point.
